I have gstreamer 0.10.36-60.8 installed from packman along with the rest of the gstreamer good, bad and ugly plugins, but I don’t seem to have utility audioconvert installed. I’ve looked all over the net and cannot find which package contains audioconvert.
As far as I can tell, it is very much available. Can someone point me to it by looking at their installation?

My searches indicate you might be using the command gst-launch, which is part of the YaST gstreamer-utils package: audioconvert
