Where is openconnect in KDE menu structure?

I have a laptop with LEAP 15.1 and a tower with LEAP 15.2 that need to connect to Cisco AnyConnect VPN. Both machines use NetworkManager and a KDE desktop. I’ve installed openconnect on both machines. The opensuse reference manual mentions both openvpn and openconnect, but only explains how to start openvpn under GNOME. Where in the menu structure for KDE are openconnect and settings for openconnect?

OpenConnect plugin for plasma-nm components.

Networkmanager support.

Otherwise:

man openconnect

There is no GUI.

NetworkManager-openconnect and plasma-nm5-openconnect are already installed.
