Where is my partition

Dear Forum,

I started my installation with suse 12.1. (on laptop 600 GB HD- windows 7). The installter suggested to shrink windows.
I changed my mind and never started the installation. I rebootet the system and:
My Windows partition ‘shrinked’ already half the size!!!
Suse also sees only half of my HD !!!:’(

Any suggestios?
… or is the only way out using a partition manager ?

Thank you for any help in advance !

Careen

Boot to a Linux run time CD and show us fdisk -l (note that is lower case L not a one)

Huu! Thanks for your fast response !

dev/ sda1 starts 2048 24391679 hidden ntfs winre
dev/ sda2 24381680 24596479 hpfs/ ntfs/ exFAT (boot partition)
dev/ sda3 24596480 625139711 hpfs/ntfs/exFAT

looks like it can not see the rest

Please show full output of fdisk command and it best to put code tags around it so it does not lose it’s format. Go to advanced when you are in the editor.

this says your hard disk is 320 GB, not 600…

and, it is full of Windows…
