Where is Firefox's "Web browsing Cache" folder now kept in 12.3?

It is no longer where it was in Suse 11.4. It use to be in the .mozilla folder.

i think where the cache is stored is a function of which Firefox you
are using and NOT which openSUSE version is installed…

on my system, Firefox (version 21.0-75.2) has its cache in

/.cache/mozilla/firefox/[random_hash].default

Have a look into:

~/.cache/mozilla/firefox/<your profile>.default/Cache/

Thanks for the replies. I already found that location. There seems to be very little data stored there. Only images are in “thumbnails”.

Interesting. That’s where firefox always kept its cache for me. But when I check now, I see that it has moved to the “$HOME/.cache/” location suggested by others.
