Where is/are NVIDIA package post-install script(s)

Coming from this thread

I’d like to ask where could I check such post-install scripts, either in the openSUSE rig or somewhere online

This would help me sort several doubts regarding the actual process, of most importance this one:
script seemingly generates new pair each time package is installed; public keys are also kept by default, left for the user to delete old ones.
But, what actually happens with the private key?

Thanks.

rpm -q --scripts package-name

Right now I’m not near the Nvidia rig, but meanwhile I tried manually downloading the kmp package for G06 from Nvidia repo, and exploring it.

Even using “grep” command, I found absolutely no matching of “mok”, “der”, “mokutil”, whatever related.

Do I really need to be at the rig and use the “rpm -q” command?

@F_style The rpm spec file will show you https://build.opensuse.org/projects/X11:Drivers:Video:Redesign/packages/nvidia-driver-G06/files/nvidia-video-G06.spec?expand=1

No it does not.
Nothing at all.
You were wrong, and because of that I’m still searching and searching with google…

@F_style Of course it does, they are the %post, %pre etc type sections. Those are what is run (scripts in your terms) after install, uninstall.

I know why there is nothing there related to what I’m looking for.

That’s the driver package, and I’m needing the kmp one, as hinted in OP here.

But at that “build” website I tried searching for keywords “kmp” “nvidia” and other attempts, and results in nothing…

@F_style this is the one for the kmp in the same place…

There are scripts here;
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/X11:Drivers:Video:Redesign/nvidia-driver-G06

And I downloaded kmp package for G06 from Nvidia repo and mokutil invocation is right there.

Marking as solutions the posts from both mods:

In the process, I’m slowly (re)discovering the features in general of the forum engine here; most recently -I think- the addition of “mark as solution” feature.
Don’t know if it would be good idea to be able to mark more than one post as solutions…

Sorry for the inconveniences.
