Maybe you’re missing that module, but it can be installed.
I guess it’s named “yast2-instserver”, under /oss repo.
This package allows you to configure an installation server suitable for
installaing SUSE Linux over the network. Currently FTP, HTTP and NFS
sources are supported.

I’m surprised it wasn’t installed by default, it looks like the dvd package is corrupt. I suppose I can get it on line right?
