Where do I post a question about compiling the kernel?

I am having an obscure problem compiling the kernel. I am having trouble identifying the right forum to post the question, any suggestions? (This is not an OBS question.)

I’d start with ab’s suggestion - if that ends up being the wrong place,
ask a member of staff to move it. (Note that if you’re using Tumbleweed
or a beta kernel, the beta/pre-release forum would probably be a better
choice).
