In which forum can i ask noob questions about open build service?
I am doing the tutorial, and am unclear about a couple things with creating my first spec file.

You could not find Development > Open Build Service (OBS) from our main page?
Some people may have arrived at our Forums by some other way than the main Forum page(s)…
A person can click on the breadcrumbs (Forum > English > …) at the top of the page to navigate up to “English”
You may not see the Development Forums if you’re in a Technical Help Forums level.
