Where can I find zypper please can one of you help me out.

You can find it with:

which zypper

or if you just want to use zypper:

sudo zypper

You use it from the command line.

Why were you trying the GUI? If you want to manage software then just use
the regular tools in Yast as they all (zypper included) use the RPM
database and that is the graphical way to do it.

Because I like to install nVidia software so I can use 2 19" monitor at the same time.
