Where can I find this PPPoE plugin?

Hello and good day to everyone.
I have been trying to set up an internet connection in a rented place that only offers it through a PPPoE connection, which has been failing to work. Looking in the logs I found this error message

PPPoE failed to start: the PPP plugin /usr/lib64/NetworkManager/1.54.0/libnm-ppp-plugin.so is not installed

I have been looking around for a while, but I haven’t found where I can find that plugin for Network Manager to install it. I am sorry to bother with such a trivial question, but I have been unable to solve this myself.

If you are not that used to search with zypper, Myrlyn is a great alternative. Simply set the search filter to “RPM provides” and “File list”.
