From the Start menu button
When it pops up go to the search field and type in: remote
see what come in the list
You can do Alt + F2 and type gnome-control-center which should bring up the control center of gnome…
Thanks for all your reply!

I got " Setup Remote Administration" “Remote Desktop Client” and “Remote Desktop Viewer”. There is no “Remote Desktop Preference”.
I also try the “Setup Remote Administration”. However, it can not work for remote desktop setting. So I still don’t know how to enable or disable remote desktop service in KDE desktop.

Yes, it works.
But I guess what you’re actually asking for is how can you configure the equivalent settings of gnome control center in KDE right ?
I guess you need to use Yast for that… Just search for Administrator Settings in the main menu… I think there might be settings related to Remote Desktop - not too sure… It is always good to use the configuration settings of the desktop environment you’re working in…

Yes, actually I am trying to find how to configure the remote desktop. I have known how to do it in Gnome and have no idea in KDE. So I want to use the Gnome function in KDE. It will be great if there are equivalent functions. Thanks!

if you want to set up your machine to allow administration by a
distant machine, you set that up in “Setup Remote Administration” in
which (i think) you set all of your preferences of how you want to
allow that to be done by the distant party (that is, setting the
protocol, password, security methods etc required to allow entry to
your machine)
if you want to administer a distant machine you do that with the
“Remote Desktop Client” and the help of he distant machine’s
administrator (who has to set their machine to let you in)
it really makes no difference if you are using Gnome, KDE, XFCE or
other…the underlying magic to allow remote desktop administration
is a system level (not Display Environment (DE, like KDE) level)
