on my dell latitude e 6510 I have two opensuse 12.3 with kde4.10.5 installed, I like to have something shared between the two systems linking the settings folder in the two systems pointing at the same folder in a common separate partition, one of these are browser settings, with opera I share ~/.opera folder with chromium ~/.config/chromium/ which folder I have to share with rekonq??
I tried with ~/.kde4/share/apps/rekonq but it seems do not works

Maybe try, in addition,
~/.kde4/share/apps/konqueror
~/.kde4/share/apps/kcookiejar
Rekonq shares some of its settings with konqueror, and cookies are centrally managed by KDE. There might be other places, though I haven’t come across them.
manythanx, …a little better but it doesn’t works, I shared these folders:
~/.kde4/share/apps/konqueror
~/.kde4/share/apps/kcookiejar
~/.kde4/share/apps/rekonq
but settings aren’t shared, one has “when starting rekonq” = restore the last opened tabs, and the other =open the home page, but if I put on both = restore the last opened tabs, it remember that the tabs are three but don’t remember the web addresses… :).
so there should be some other things to share…

There’s some stuff saved in “/var/tmp/kdecache-$USER”. I’m not sure what and where. The “http” subdirectory is probably the web cache.
