Where are Factory repos now???

When I run ‘zypper -v ref’ in last few days I’m getting:

...
Retrieving repository 'factory/repo/oss' metadata [error]
Repository 'factory/repo/oss' is invalid.
History:
 - /var/cache/zypp/raw/factory_repo_oss528iCO: No repository index in content file.
 - Valid metadata not found at specified URL(s)
Please check if the URIs defined for this repository are pointing to a valid repository.
Skipping repository 'factory/repo/oss' because of the above error.
...

If I try to reinstall it with Yast2 with data from this page:

Development Version - openSUSE

which leads to:

widehat.opensuse.org

I get this error:

Unable to save changes to repository configuration.
Details:
/factory/repo/oss/:Valid metadata not found at specified URL(s)
History
-/var/cache/zypp/raw/_factory_repo_oss_FEImtn:No repository index in content file.

The list under that url doesn’t even look right any way. This list likes like an actual software repository:

widehat.opensuse.org

But if I try to add that I get the error:

Unable to create repository from URL: ‘http://widehat.opensuse.org/factory/repo/oss/suse/’.

Anyone know what’s going on? Is something broke upstream? Is there a file I need to clear? >:)

I started getting these errors today. Did my last factory update the day before.

Could have something to to with some things that need fixing to be able to build beta4… or maybe just a temporary sync error.

Give it a day or two and the repo should probably be fine again.

Cheers,
Wj

Could be. Maybe just a timing thing. I think when I was trying to add repo from new server link:

widehat.opensuse.org

the license agreement did say Beta 4 which I don’t believe has been released yet. Will try again tomorrow.

Edit: Just got this from Factory mailing list archive:

Re: [opensuse-factory] zypper insists to use dvd-11.1-55.1.i586.pat.gz

Problem seems to be corrected. IT WAS my unfortunate timing.
