Where are "Advanced Settings" for Gnome 3.6/12.3?

Did a 12.3 Demo for our local UG last night and I could not find “Advanced Settings”! Were those options moved somewhere else? If so, at the very least where does one select “Use File Manager for Desktop”? Not having right-click functionality on the desktop is a show stopper for many folks I know. Thanks! Lee

The advanced settings are enabled with an extension, and you need to have
gnome-tweak-tool installed.

The extension I have installed is from:

https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/130/advanced-settings-in-usermenu/
