when is alsa coming back to 12.2

the hole sound system in 12.2 is @#$%^&

Give us back alsa that was a good sound system

what is in 12.2 i blocked pulse audio all the modelues
so now its using gstreamer
blockes that one to
using VLC as backend

GIVE US ALSA BACK

Alsa is still there.

Maybe I’m wrong but here is my concept of how sound works in openSUSE:

your sound application–>your backend (gstreamer, vlc)–>pulseaudio–>alsa–>your sound card–>your amplifier, speakers, headphones, etc.

You can disable pulseaudio in Yast. Then you get:

your sound application–>your backend (gstreamer, vlc)–>alsa–>your sound card–>your amplifier, speakers, headphones, etc.
