What’s the command to install phpmyadmin?
zypper install phpmyadmin doesn’t work.

may I suggest you use the 1-click install from software.opensuse.org?

Searching phpmyadmin got too many options,can’t understand which to select.
Tried phpMyAdmin-3.1.2-2.1.i586.rpm ,but failed to download dependency.
During installation it stopped with error message.
