I would like to know whats better to grab the netinstall of openSUSE or the DVD ISO? What have you guys grabbed? to install openSUSE LEAP or Tumbleweed

If you got a decent internet connetion and a NIC the kernel can use, go for the net install. It grabs the most recent packages, so there’s no need to update after the installation.

If you are installing on multiple machines I would go for the DVD
otherwise use the net-install.

Exactly.
… and, I find having the DVD install around comes in very handy for troubleshooting, repairing, new installs on other machines, and re-installing.
Note, though, that I also have – on many occasions – found it much better, less problematic to install from the DVD, get up & running, then do the updates AFTER that point.
