What to do about bad rpm's?

I’m still relatively new to opensuse/linux and this is the first time that I have tried to add an rpm to my repositories that gave numerous errors:

The link is:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/php:/extensions/openSUSE_11.0/x86_64/php5-xdebug-2.0.2-3.13.x86_64.rpm.metalink

and it’s on this page:
Index of /repositories/server:/php:/extensions/openSUSE_11.0/x86_64

I tried mirror links and link found else where through Google. All occurrences give errors when trying to add to the repo. list.

I have two questions:

Is there someone in opensuse that should be notified when you find something like this?

and, is there a work-around? I thought about downloading the source code and compiling it but I would need someone to tell me how as I haven’t done that before.

Hi
How are you trying to add it? I think you may be drilling too far down
it’s just to this level for the link;
1- http
2 - download.opensuse.org
3 - repositories/server:/php:/extensions/openSUSE_11.0

If you search here for the file your after and openSUSE version in the
dropdow
Get It the try the
1-click install.
