It keeps crashing constantly usually via voice and screenfreeze. Sometimes before the crash it is fixed by kick to side of a the pc. Also sometimes screen just goes black etc. could the the problem be the gpu

If that seriously is a solution that has worked for you, I would be inclined to open the case and re-seat everything (cables, expansion cards, etc.) as that could be an indication of a loose connection somewhere.

Always do your updates! In this case it’ll fix most of that and maybe all of it.
Also, “kick to side of a the pc” reminds of what what I say to people who drop their phone. They’ll drop it and say it didn’t hurt it, to which I reply, it didn’t do it any good! 
Shut it down and do as the other user said. Re-seat everything. A RAM stick might be loose, or a CPU power cable didn’t clip etc. You’ll never have a stable machine with something loose and it isn’t going to fix itself. It’ll just get worse.
Now I have done what you suggested seems to be working many thanks. But a new problem has risen. Now it wont recognize any of my audio devices and I cant listen to anything or use my mic. Headphones are analog and mic is a usb one. What should I do?
