What is this x_tables and why does it say REJECT ip_tables

In another thread they said see if ip_tables is loaded with lsmod and I saw this
What is x_tables?

VM1:~ # lsmod | grep ip_tables

It is kernel module that actually performs packet matching requested by iptables rules.
