What is the easiest card to set up on a laptop?

Hello,
I have a Netgear router and want to add a network card to my old Dell inspiron that is easy to set up on Suse. Is there one that is pretty easy to do? Thank you.

Wired or wireless?

Oops, sorry. Wireless.

Ah sorry, I see that you posted in Wireless. I’m sure someone else will pipe in soon. I have no experience here because my only adaptor is built-in and fully supported (Intel 2200).

Always a good idea to check here Hardware - openSUSE when looking for hardware.
Regarding wireless cards the Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG seems to be the best HCL/Network Adapters (Wireless - openSUSE)

Thank you, it does not appear there are many that just plug in and are identified and work. A few USB ones, seems like they are not current models. I may have to work at this a bit and learn a few more things.

i have a netgear router also and a dell inspiron 1100 it is running wireless with a linksys wireless-b notebook adapter model WPC11 ver.4 and it is installed out of the box with opensuse 11.1

Thanks Havoc65, that is what I am looking for.
