What is the difference between "packman" repos?

There are at least two different “packman” repos available for TW and I guess Leap. They are:

packman.iode.at/suse/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/

and

FTP.gwdg.de/pub/linux/packman/sus/openSUSE_Tumbleweed

What are the differences in these two repos (I can see one is labeled as a file transfer point)?
Also, I have both listed in one of my hard drives on another machine. Which one should I keep?

No, there are not.

These are just different mirrors of the same repo.

In the end it doesn’t matter much which one you choose (maybe it helps if it is located close to you), they are not updated at the same frequency though.
