Re-installed openSUSE 11.1 (KDE) on my desktop computer. Upon completing installation and reboot using the default, I was left in the command prompt without KDM.

Noticed that in grub’s menu, I’ve an option name Trace (below) and booting using this menu everything’s okay.

So what is the difference between the two and wny this weird grub menu? Didn’t have this menu during my first install.
