What instructions to give users to install the software?

Apologies for asking such a beginner question but I just cannot seem to find any info regarding it.

I’ve made an OBS package that builds successfully, right now I’ve selected it to build for Fedora 40 and Fedora Rawhide, given this, how do I actually give my users instructions on the installation? Can they use their respective package managers to install these packages so that updates are automatically handled? Or do I need to redirect them to the raw download page so that they manually install the rpm file?

If you enabled publishing, OBS will create repository suitable for the operating system for which you build on download.opensuse.org.

According to the wiki publishing page, I can share this page, to provide install instructions for users. Is this what you refer to with publishing? Or does it require a different process?
