What I like at (open)SuSE

Hi @all

I want to say what I like on SuSE:
It’s one of the completest linux distributions, especially from starting. This means you have many more features at installation time then other distributions, even other OS’s. Furthermore I like the rescue system and linuxrc. These are tools where you can rarely find all other OS’s.
Sure, currently many other linux distribution available, but if you plan to build a special one, openSuSE is a very good solution. So please don’t reduce the system functionality of this OS or let it as special tools. :nerd:

A **** good release (11.3). I have been following opensuse when due to the garbage been given to Novell over the MS deal, I decided to purchase a copy of opensuse 11.0. I especially like the improments to zypper and the constant movement in a forward direction.

+1 on like openSUSE 1.3

especially like the new colors (KDE), looks really stylish in 11.3, while 11.2 always reminded me of the content of my little son’s diapers :stuck_out_tongue:
