What do you read at the moment?

Well, just another of these silly questions.

At the moment i am reading a book from Richard David Precht, a german philosopher that lets some one dive into philosophy in general if one is not firm with philosophy.
Nicely written and easy to access, even if one has no clue.
Amazon.com: Who Am I?–And If So, How Many?: A Philosophical Journey (9780385531184): Richard David Precht, Shelley Frisch: Books

So, what do you read at the moment, or want to read.
Perhaps some might read technical books, which is fine to.

I am currently reading various R textbooks.

At the moment I am reading the General Chit-Chat forum on openSUSE forums.

At other moments I can be found reading “A Feast for Crows” by George R. R. Martin, or several books on HTML5 and CSS 3.

That joke has already been done…

Just before writing :

In bed: annual reread of Partrick Süskind’s “Perfume”.

German, Dutch, or English? Just curious.

Very good book indeed. So long ago that i was reading it, but i refreshed my memory with the movie that came out some years back.

And also The Tomb-H. P. Lovecraft.

I am about to start reading the book of ruby - a free ebook about ruby language:
SapphireSteel Software: The Book Of Ruby

Interesting I will learn this language. Now I read Lovercraft. Interesting ehhh?

Yea interesting. Haven’t read it myself though.

Perfect books and very horror have on them. Try to start C++, then VB and then ruby.( it would be better).

Already know a bit of VB - used it when I used to use Windows a while a go. I’m going to start off with Ruby then C++.

Look You can run VB with wine platform. Because C++ is object-oriented language it would better to start with it.

Ruby is object orientated as well. From wikipedia:

Ruby is object-oriented: every data type is an object, including classes and types that many other languages designate as primitives (such as integers, booleans, and “nil”).

I know about this language. So I advice you to start with C++. It will be easier for you when you finished with C++.
