Weird Notifications placement

Notifications should be displayed in the system tray area but they’re shown in the upper left corner of the desktop. Look at the attached picture:

Is it wrong? How could I solve it?

Thank you for your reply. Finally, I installed Xfce and I must say it’s as polished as KDE version, notifications show properly and my laptop battery lasts almost twice than when using KDE.
