hhow can my website view coz im running apache since our isp is martbro which provides NAT. it seems that we have the same public ip address… and all port is blocked… my port are open in my computer same as on the router… but our isp blockes all port…

If your ISP is blocking all the regular ports it might be a better option to get your site hosted. Does you ISP not give you some webspace you can use? If not, there are many hosting providers, some even free and most not very expensive (±$50 a year), that you can choose from.
