Webex presently (2013) supports only linux 32bit browser and jre 1.6 (not higher). Below is the procedure to get webex working on a x86_64 system running under opensuse 12.3.
2/ Install JRE from Oracle Java SE max version 1.6u45 (no higher release).
3/ Link to firefox plugin list :
In /usr/lib/browser-plugins (previous firefox version /usr/bin/firefox/plugins) create the following link :
ln -s /usr/java/jre1.6.0_45/lib/i386/libnpjp2.so .
4/ Enjoy VOIP sound, whiteboard and desktop sharing with webex on opensuse12.3 rotfl!
I can not understand point 3. It looks as if you want to post a command to be done. But you forgot the CODE tags and I now I can not understand what is command and what is story. Is this one or two ln commands and what are the TARGET(s) and is/are are the LINK_NAME(s)?

Presumably because it works for them, and 64-bit versions don’t give them
anything additional.

Acrobat reader is also 32 bit. Installing it brings in the entire 32 bit
stack.
Improving means money…
