Hi, i currently have XP 32bit and Opensuse 11.2 64bit installed, i would like to install win7 64bit but don’t want to screw up my opensuse installation. If i format my win partition, and install win7 should i still get a grub menu? Any advice (pointer to a step by step?) would be appreciated.

When you install Windoze, it will always kill Grub, no way around it.
Windoze doesn’t want that you have anything else installed >:(
Thus, you will have to restore Grub after installing Windoze. You could do that e.g. with a SuperGrub boot CD.
Why do you want to install it, anyway? There’s really no reason for it, unless you want to play high-end games like Crysis 2. Less demanding games also work under Wine.
