Waht is this NMBD message saying?

opensuse 42.2

The message seems to be saying that it got two responses from the same host about a name. There is no indication of severity.

Why are two responses worthy of a message, and not one? Is this a Bad Thing?
Is there any significance to the system messages below? Just noise?

Every machine on your network must be configured with a unique name.
Your machine is detecting something else on your network already has the queried name.

This is why,
When cloning machines to operate on the same network, it’s mandatory that the following be changed so that

  • The MAC address and all similar numerical network identifiers be unique
  • The machine name must be unique.

Even the openSUSE install media ensures the above is always true by creating them uniquely on every install.

The name SOHNEN-MOE is the domain name. The hosts’ names are unique.
