Wacom Bamboo for SUSE newbie

Hello, I have just installed SUSE 11.1 on my Asus Pundit, after Ubuntu crashed one too many times. I love the interface and how things just work…but there are a few difficulties for me.

Here…I can’t get my Wacom Bamboo graphics tablet to work, not even in the limited way it did in Ubuntu. I can drag the pen across it and the cursor moves, but get nothing else from it.

I would really like to find a simple (or as it gets) guide to installing this hardware, as SUSE is a system I really think I could grow to like. I have googled the problem all evening but I am really stuck…I keep getting told to edit xorg.conf…and I can’t even do that! All the commands are different to Ubuntu.

Thanks in advance for any help.
