Vuze on suse 13.1

HI , a bit of a noobie here,
ive been using suse 11 for a while , ran well enough and loaded on a couple of laptops , with not a great deal of knowledge.
I decided to upgrade to 13.2 and downloaded vuze,
Now the ’ vuse’ icon i would normally use to open the application wont open ,

it shows as script now, Can anyone help , (rememeber you are talking to a cabbage here, please keep simple)

The other openSUSE 13.2 testers ae at the Pre-release/Beta forum. This will be moved there and is CLOSED for the moment.

Moved from Applications and open again.

guys , i go back to me being a newbie,

sorry i’ve just realised im using 13.1 and not 13.2 !!!
my apploligies for have a dumb moment.

Is this an implicit request to mov it back to Applicati?

Here we go again. CLOSED for the moment.

Moved from Pre-release/Beta and open again.

Title changed from 13.2 > 13.1.

Can you elaborate a bit om what you did? You say you downloaded vuze, but not from where and how. In any case, downloading sometthing will only result in yuo having a (or more) file(s) somewhere. What did you do after the download that makes you thinking that an icon is somewhere (where?) and that it should do something?

One possibility is that you used http://software.opensuse.org/search to search for Vuze and installed the package found there. But you do not say you installed somthing, thus I am in doubt

thanks HCW -i tried downloading from the link , Search fortunately there was a 1 click install, which i ran twice,

this worked a treat, thank you so much.
