vsftpd configuration

Hi,
Please any guide me to setup a ftp with ssl configuration. i had tried every possible configuration given in fourms and by googling, every time i tired i end up in error, but i can able to access ftp with normal port 21.

Thanks for helping, i tired to connect from remote machine i am getting the error show below

“500 OOPS: priv_sock_get_cmd”

please advice what has to changed in configuration file.

Is that after installation and configuration with Yast?
