did somebody succeed to install VmWare?
Hi
You need to install the linux-kernel-headers, kernel-syms, kernel-source
and gcc either via YaST or if your at the cli (command line)
sudo zypper in kernel-source kernel-syms linux-kernel-headers gcc
Then re-run vmware

Hi
You would need to get one of those here;
Evaluate
VMware Products
Else look at installing the free server version or maybe virtualbox.

Yes, I’m using VMWare Server 1.0.8 in OpenSuse 11.1.
I needed a patch called vmware-update-2.6.27-5.5.7-2 to make installation work with my kernel-2.6.27.19-3.2
