Usually if you plan to use software like this I recommend installing the ‘Pattern’
base-development

ok, installed. But nothing happened.

search vmware here

Personally I prefer Virtual Box

+1 VirtualBox is great

Possibly in su - terminal do

vmware-modconfig --console --install-all

vmware-modconfig --console --install-all

gcc and kernel headers must be installed

They should be
Just check

also this: linux-glibc-devel

linux-glibc-devel is already installed

VirtualBox vs Vmware

What is the best?

I like VirtualBox and have been using it for a few years now. I find it is an excellent piece of virtualisation software. Here is a brief overview of the features of VirtualBox from the VirtualBox User Manual:
Chapter 1. First steps

And a guide to installing it on openSUSE:
Virtual Box (Sun Version) Install HowTo
Follow the instructions for 11.3

For me it does not matter what software to use. Can I use images of suse studio?

For exemple: SUSE Studio

If you mean can you use .iso images
Yes

Virtual Box rocks

Sweet find

Sorry, I installed Ubuntu on Virtuabox, but the maximum screen resolution is 800x600. Can I increase it?

I downloaded this (Wordpress Applicance Public – SUSE Gallery), but Virtual Box does not read it while on the site is written in reverse.

Have you installed the VirtualBox Guest Additions on the Ubuntu guest?

I install VirtualBox at the pacman repository.

Dude I think you are lost
