VM Additions in SuSE 11.2

Hi People
Has any one installed Virtual Machine Additions on
SuSE 11.2, if so could you please show me the steps. I have
loaded gcc and kernal-source, but when I type ‘make’ in
the vmadd/module directory it will not create the vmadd.ko in misc directory. output message is MODPOST 0 modules. Can anyone help please
