VLC codecs missing after installing dependencies for darling

I wanted to play a mp4 file in vlc but it doesn’t work. I already tried to sudo zypper install vlc-codecs but it can’t find it. Here is the output of sudo zypper lr -uP:

Looks like repository 7 is NOT enabled.

Packman has only vlc-beta, no vlc-codecs anymore.
vlc is in the OSS Repo also vlc-codec-gstreamer.
Here are all package for Leap 15.3:
