Been rolling Vlc Beta since i installed SUSE 13.2
as of today it only played sound and no video, earlier today i had some security updates installed
So no Vlc updates but it still broke.
My solution was removing all Vlc Beta packages and using the stable one, anyonelse having this problem aswell?
No biggie since it works now but wondering what make it break
My idea about Beta releases is that you are a volunteer to test them if you are using them. Thus, if you think you found a problem, the developers of a product would appreciate it when you report that problem to them. Then they can repair things before the product is released.
And when you try to find fellow Beta testers, you better had posted this in the Pre-release/Beta forum. I assume that most people here just use VLC as it is released.
