Visul bugs and constant crashes in KDE connect Leap 15.3 XFCE

Using Leap 15.3 in XFCE

In this image , the KDE connect window stays bugged and no buttons work. When the ‘x’ button is clicked , the not responding dialog box opens,
But after I kill the not responding process and reopen KDE connect , it functions normally as show n in the image link below

This happens regularly after every time the computer is powered on and want to open KDE connect . Not sure if it is an OpenSuse leap bug , KDE connect bug , XFCE bug or something is wrong with my PC so I’m posting here as I don’t know which project’s github to report this issue in.

KDE connect is as far as I know a tool to share files an links between devices and I have no experience with it.

What I do not understand is what that has to do with “This happens in both the zypper and discover store(the KDE app store)”
zypper and the KDE app store are tools to update/add software packages.

Do I understand the problem is that the first time you open up KDE connect, it hangs, but if you kill it, the second time it works fine.

I’m not surprised it works on XFCE, but AFAIK it’s a KDE/Plasma app, so it may not behave properly on other desktops.

It works perfectly here with my android phones and LEAP 15.3 KDE/Plasma desktop (X11, no wayland).
