Hi! Do you know about any analog of folder icons for Linux, such as Avalon or Terra Project, or some other nice one? And may I find Flipclock sreasaver for my desktop?

What do these programs do? Also, should that be Flipclock areasaver?
Strictly speaking there are no Linux icons; icons are desktop specific; older ones are bitmaps - KDE4 uses svg.

are you looking for different desktop looks?
have you looked at the selection available in Personal Settings >
Configure Desktop > Appearance and Themes > Style or Icons or Theme
Manager where you can install new themes…even create your own??
