Virtualize pre-existent openSuse installation in Windows 7

Hi, everybody. My computer currently runs Windows 7 Home Premium and openSuse 11.3 in dual-boot mode. I’ve been trying to virtualize my pre-existent linux installation with VMWare Server and VirtualBox without success, because none of this programs is able to see my linux partitions. My machine is a Toshiba Satellite with AMD Phenom x 3 (64 bit). Any help or hint will be more than appreciated.

I doubt either VMware Server or Vbox will let you the problem is that the VM manager uses the host OS systems to access the VM image. Windows refuses to see anything but Windows.

You should be able to go the other way and virtualize Windows under openSUSE.
