I would like to add VRDP authentication for VirtualBox VM’s on an OpenSuSE 13.1 host. According to the VirtualBox manual if Remote display authentication for a guest running on a Linux host is set to external it
will use PAM to authenticate. The Piece that seems to be missing from the Doc is how to configure PAM. What file(s) in /etc/pam.d need to be created and values set in them. Can anyone help ?

For anyone else having this issue it seems that you also need to pre-fill-in userid/password on the client.
It will not negotiate. This really should be in the VirtualBox manual. I can’t seem to get it to work on an OS/X (Mavricks)
host either but I don’t expect help in this forum for that.
