VirtualBox packaging problem

I’m trying to run VirtualBox on Leap 15.0; everything is up to date (AFAIK . . . .).

If I try to run:

VBoxManage unattended install ......

it fails:

VBoxManage: error: Failed to open '/usr/share/virtualbox/UnattendedTemplates/win_nt6_unattended.xml' (VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND)

A quick comparison between the virtualbox package and the VirtualBox 5.2.22 RPM from virtualbox.org shows hundreds of differences, including the above template file.

Do I need to install different packages? Add another repository? Or should I just install the 5.2.22 RPM from virtualbox.org?

zypper lr -d
