VirtualBox Machines from Win7RC

i’ve got a problem with vdi’s on ntfs partitions.

I have full access on ntfs partitions (read, write is possible, e.g. using dolphin).

Win7RC - non opensource VBox
OpenSuSE 11.2 - OSE VBox

I want to use my vdi’s created under Win7RC VBox 3.12.
I have full access to my ntfs-partitions.
Host: OpenSuSE 64Bit
Guest: OpenSuse 64Bit

If i mount these in my Linux VBox, iot create’s the following error:

"Die neue virtuelle Maschine OpenSuSE64Bit konnte nicht erstellt werden.

(New virtual machine can’t be created.)

Runtime error: -38 (Access denied.).

/usr/src/packages/BUILD/VirtualBox-3.1.2_OSE/src/VBox/Main/MachineImpl.cpp[6842] (nsresult Machine::saveSettings(int)).

Fehlercode(Errorcode): NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
Komponente(Component): VirtualBox
Interface: IVirtualBox {2158464a-f706-414b-a8c4-fb589dfc6b62}"

I though it would be the permissions with cause the error, but if i have full access this couldn’t, or could it?

I used google and the forum search, but i’ve found nothing concering my problem.

If I create a virtual machine on my linux drives they are working without any errors.

Excuse my poor english.
