Hi SUSE world,
i’ve got a consistent problem installing virtualbox on openSUSE 11.2: it breaks my network configuration! knotify crashes and leaves me the kcrash file on startup. the only way i’ve figured out how to get it working again is by uninstalling virtualbox, running
killall NetworkManager
as root, then letting Yast2 set up NetworkManger again. Otherwise the problem remains indefinitely.
using default kernel.
i’ll be tinkering with it some more. (i’d rather be using xen but that install is an entirely different adventure for another post).
