virtualbox does not work with latest Tumbleweed Kernel update 4.13.3-1.3-default

As indicate in the subject line, it seems that Virtualbox does not work after the lates kernel update. Of course I ran vboxconfig; the issue is: when I start virtualbox from desktop or terminal, it does not start. That is, there is no Virtualbox GUI coming up. In the terminal, I do not get any error messages; instead it seems that a thread is started, but it does not appear to run visibly … (That’s why I cannot contribute any logs or messages).

Any hints what might go wrong here? Thanks!

Why not the one from the Tumbleweed Repo?

That was it - thanks! I had it installed from the Oracle repo, I think because there had been some limitations with the version from the opensuse repos due to OS restrictions (?). Anyway, it works now.
