I was wondering if there is any known problem with running openSUSE 11.3 on virtual box for windows.

I’m running 11.3 Milestone 1 in a 11.2 Host, so why not a win host

ok, the first time i tried GNOME and it frooze on me. I’m trying KDE right now and it seems to be working.

There’s a bug when installing 64bit openSUSE 11.2/3 as a guest in VirtualBox on a 64bit host. The second half of the install has problems, so it may not work for you.

I haven’t received any updates on the bug report, so I guess that means they haven’t fixed it yet.

i don’t use opensuse 11.3 64 bit. Virtualbox for windows is 32 bit client. I got it installed though.
