Virtual Box Non OSE problems

Hi Everyone,

I am using openSUSE 11.3. I have installed Virtualbox non OSE and when I run it it looks like it opens, but it doensnt. I made sure I have the kernel source and kernel sym installed.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Ive uninstalled Virtual Box. Then I decided that I would install it with Yast, so I added the repo and installed it. It went through 100%. But now when I try to run it it still gives me the bouncing Virtual Box icon and then it dissappears after a few seconds without doing anything. I am part ob the vboxusers group.

Any suggestions? Perhaps I’m missing something. :frowning:

Hi,

I’ve tried antother method, I uninstalled Virtual Box again and I installed it again from a RPM I downloaded seperately. (I downloaded it from Virtual Box’s website)

Still same problem :frowning:

Any help would be really appreciated.

It working now, Ive installed it with the -ihv paramater!
