Video everywhere but Kopete

Running Suse 11.0. I have been searching the Internet for days and can’t find the answer so I thought I’d ask here.

I have a Logitech Quickcam Zoom. It works fine in Skype and Ekiga but not in Kopete. Kopete see the cam and I can select it, but no video is displayed.

I ran Kopete from the cli but received no errors. Output looks normal.

same effect here, and there are already a couple of bugs filed against the issue. E.g. this one:

Oh, bummer. Okay, I’ll keep an eye on the bug. Hopefully we’ll get a patch one day.

Going to try aMsn just for the heck of it.
